You can log in to your Roost account and use the refund tracker to see your refund status—whether it’s waiting on property approval, in progress, or already sent.
Log in to your Roost app and head to the Deposit Manager to check your refund status. The refund tracker shows each step in the process so you know exactly where things stand—whether your refund is:

Being reviewed and calculated

In preparation for payment

Already sent
If you didn’t set up your refund preferences in time, don’t worry—your refund was automatically mailed to the last forwarding address we had on file via USPS First Class.
