If your refund hasn’t been sent yet, you can log in to Roost to update your payment method or set up a split refund with your roommates. You’ll be able to choose from several payment options: Direct Deposit (ACH), Check, Instant Debit, PayPal, Venmo, prepaid card, Google/Apple wallet (Zippy!).
If you’re splitting the refund, you can enter each roommate’s share and preferred payment method before the refund is finalized.
Once your refund is marked as “Processing” or “Sent”, changes are no longer allowed. If your refund failed or you need help with a replacement, contact support@joinroost.com and we’ll take care of it.
